1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hashashat Yofy website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the website.
2. Products
All products available on the website are intended for personal use only.
We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, actual product colors may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Standard Delivery
- We deliver all over Kuwait! 🇰🇼
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
- Next-day delivery for orders placed after 12:00 PM.
- Delivery fees are either 2 KD or 3 KD depending on the area.
4. Express Delivery
- For Express Delivery: Please contact us via WhatsApp at +965 50525260 to confirm availability.
- Delivery Time: Within 3 hours on the same day, if order placed before 8 PM.
- Fee: An additional 1 KWD will be added to the standard delivery fee.
5. Payment Options
- We offer you a safe and seamless payment experience powered by MyFatoorah.
- You can choose your preferred payment method from the following options:

* 💳 Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard)
* 📱 Apple Pay (K-Net, Visa & MasterCard)
6. Return & Exchange
- Your satisfaction is always our top priority! You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are unused and in their original condition.
Exchanges
1. The item to be exchanged will be collected and inspected first.
2. Once the item's condition is verified, the new item will be shipped.
3. The customer covers the delivery fee for the new order.
Returns
The item will be collected and inspected to confirm its original condition. You can then choose one of two refund options:
1. Refund to Original Payment Method: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method, deducting only the base delivery fee.
2. Refund to Store Wallet (Credit for Future Purchases): The full amount (including delivery fees) will be refunded to your store wallet for future purchases.
Orders & Payments
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been completed or the order has been confirmed according to the selected payment method.
Hashashat Yofy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer within the State of Kuwait.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and courier conditions.
The store is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
The store is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Hashashat Yofy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Return & Exchange Policy
To ensure customer safety and due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, our Return & Exchange Policy is subject to the following conditions:
Exchange
Products may be exchanged in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged.
The customer receives the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Conditions:
The request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Clear photos showing the issue must be provided.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns
Products may be returned in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged.
The wrong product is delivered.
The ordered product is unavailable after order confirmation.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or according to the store's applicable refund procedures.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened or used products.
Beauty and personal care products once their packaging has been opened.
Products damaged due to misuse.
Products purchased during promotions or sales, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
